She is a lawyer in the Corporate Business department of the firm, assists in the management of commercial contracts, intellectual property, constitution of Dominican and foreign companies in Dominican territory, dissolution and liquidation of companies, incorporation of non-profit associations, obtaining tourist and environmental permits, alternative resolution of conflicts, conducting due diligence, among other processes in general within corporate and commercial management. Her participation and collaboration in corporate, contractual and industrial property management, assistance in the operations of special regimes, as well as in the design and implementation of dispute resolution mechanisms its highlighted.
She has participated in several competences and, sometimes part of the personal team, in national and international seminars on private international law, international trade, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and industrial property.
Since 2017, she has served as a judge and member of the Dialectical Argumentative Intercolegial Debates (DIAR).
