Graduated Magna Cum Laude, 2020, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).
She currently serves as a lawyer in the energy department of the firm, where she provides assistance in obtaining authorizations, concessions, licensing and permits, public tenders, management of energy purchase contracts, operation and maintenance, as well as engineering, procurement and construction contracts. Her legal practice also includes executing real estate transactions and resolving civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. However, she has experience in the work and corporate area, where she collaborated with the firm from the paralegal position.
Nicole has a long history in national and international competitions, highlighting and winning awards such as: best speech and honorary institution at the New York Model United Nations Conference for Latin American and the Caribbean (NYMUNLAC 2018), best defense briefing in the Fourth National Arbitration Competition. She belongs to the International Law Student Association (ILSA-PUCMM) serving as Vice President of Integration and Social Responsibility, the Dialectic Argumentative (DIAR) as a judge in the forums for intercollegiate debates and the Alumni Arbitration association as an ordinary associate. In 2018 she received the recognition as an exceptional Lady that distinguishes and enhances, by example, our nation by the project 100 voices that We Believe in the Nation.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
