Lawyer of the corporate business team of the firm, she attends with processes related to the review and preparation of commercial contracts under the laws in force; industrial property, financial law, procedures within the field of corporate law, including the establishment of companies and preparation of corporate documents for the normal development of the company's life, corporate modifications and restructurings; tourism, consumer law and real estate. Within the professional exercise, her participation in operations related to the design and implementation of compliance programs for the prevention of criminal risks according to the needs and commercial sectors of companies, as well as other processes of corporate and commercial matters, is highlighted.
She has participated in local and international seminars on industrial property, private international law, international trade law and alternative conflict resolution mechanisms.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
