Graduated in Law Magna Cum Laude, 2014, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Likewise, she holds a master's degree in Corporate Business Law, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), graduated in 2019. Additionally, she has carried out studies in the area of Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Commercial and Special Contract Law, Real Estate Law, among others.
She is a lawyer in the corporate business law department of the firm. In her professional practice, she has excelled for successfully assisting in all matters related to the establishment of Dominican and foreign companies in Dominican territory, mergers, acquisitions, dissolution and liquidation of companies, incorporation of non-profit associations; in the management of commercial contracts; also in the legal assistance for the development of tourist projects, where she has prepared due diligence, formalized transactions through the preparation of contracts, as well as obtained tourist and environmental permits for the aforementioned projects; industrial property-related actions, such as registrations of distinctive signs and actions before the administrative route and before the Courts of the Republic; registration and legal consultations related to Copyright, as well as other processes in general within corporate and commercial management.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
