Lawyer Law Magna Cum Laude, 2015, from Universidad Iberoamericana. He holds a master’s degree in International Rights and International Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 2016.
He is a lawyer for the firm in the Corporate Business Department. It assists in all stages of the contractual management of the clients of the department, in civil and commercial litigation, in the processes of registration of trade name, constitution and modification of companies, tax consulting, management of commercial contracts, as well as obtaining tourist, environmental and health records permits, among other processes in general.
He also holds specialized studies in Tax Law, International Commercial Arbitration, International Sports Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. In his professional practice he has excelled for issuing tax consultancies for the use of tax benefits and incentives in the national territory. Likewise, he has extensive experience in obtaining health records of food and beverages for import and marketing in the country.
He is a member of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE-RD), where he actively participates. He also represents the firm at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic.
In addition to spanish, he speaks english.
