The Spanish Bankruptcy Law Yearbook 2019, edited by the prestigious legal publishing house Francis Lefebvre, is now available. ONTIER lawyers have taken part in the writing process of this yearbook for more than 12 years now.
This yearbook has become a benchmark publication in the sector at a national level. It is a practical guide that allows the reader to look for solutions to all the problems that can be found in bankruptcy law. It thus becomes a very useful tool for solving doubts and problems, as it offers relevant information in a condensed, systematic and very detailed way. In short, the Spanish Bankruptcy Law Yearbook 2019 offers a very complete insight into the entire insolvency process: the regulations, purpose and budgets of the insolvency proceeding, its application and declaration, its administration, as well as its effects on the debtor, on the processes, obligations and contracts.
The 2019 edition of the Spanish Bankruptcy Law Yearbook has been co-authored by several ONTIER lawyers, with the vast majority of the contents drafted by them. Among them are María Enciso, as co-author of several chapters and coordinator, Bernardo Gutiérrez de la Roza, Pedro Rodero, Daniel Rodríguez Ruiz de Villa, Xavier García, Berta Aguinaga, Eutimio Martínez, Javier Rodríguez, Sara Blanco, Luis Sánchez Quiñones and Manuel Díaz Corral.
